We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or effectiveness of any recommendations, supplements, or plans.

6. Billing and Auto-Renewing Subscription

Please read this section carefully. It describes an automatically renewing subscription that will charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

a) Billing Frequency and Amount

When you subscribe to a Utrition supplement pack, you are enrolling in a recurring monthly subscription. Your payment method will be charged the Subscription Fee displayed on the checkout page for your selected pack (the “Subscription Fee”), plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees disclosed at the same time. The Subscription Fee and all recurring charge details are shown clearly and conspicuously before you confirm your order.

b) What Auto-Renews

Your subscription renews automatically every month on the anniversary of your original purchase date. Each renewal charges the Subscription Fee to the payment method on file and ships a new monthly supplement pack to the shipping address on file. If your Subscription Fee or pack contents change, we will notify you by email in advance of the next renewal.

c) How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you will continue to receive any already-paid-for pack. Cancel by:

• Visiting /settingsand selecting “Cancel Subscription,” or
• Emailing support@utrition.com with the subject line “Cancel my subscription.”

d) Your Consent to Recurring Charges

By starting a subscription, you expressly authorize Utrition (and its payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method the then-current Subscription Fee, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees, on a recurring monthly basis, without further authorization from you, until you cancel. You acknowledge that your subscription is an automatically renewing agreement and that you are responsible for any charges incurred until cancellation takes effect.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, text, logos, and software related to the Services are the property of Utrition or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utrition shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Utrition from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for any reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Utrition is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
